We do not offer non-EU international shipping.

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday) for all destinations

5.3 What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) are processed the same business day.

5.4 How much does shipping cost?

  • Free shipping on orders of €100 or more
  • Flat rate €11.90 for orders below €100

5.5 Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Tracking information is provided within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

6. Order Changes & Cancellation

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

6.2 Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are possible within 12 hours of order placement. After that, changes cannot be guaranteed.

You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery.
