Tabdoq sells tablet stands, mounts, holders, wall mounts, floor stands, security enclosures, and related accessories for professional and consumer use.

- Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing or display differences
- Product availability is subject to change without notice
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
5. Pricing & VAT
- All prices are displayed in EUR (€)
- VAT inclusion or exclusion is clearly stated on product pages and at checkout
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error affects your order, you will be notified before processing.
6. Order Process & Contract Formation
- You select products and place them in your cart
- You complete checkout and submit your order
- You receive an order confirmation email
- The contract is formed once the order is accepted and processed by us
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Stock unavailability
7. Payment Terms
We accept secure payments via:
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, iDEAL, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Cartes Bancaires, and bank transfer.
- Payments are processed at the time of order
- We do not store full payment card details

8. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship to all EU countries, including the United Kingdom
- International (non-EU) shipping is not offered
- Delivery time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Order cut-off time: 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam)
- Processing time: 1 business day (Monday – Friday)

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
In accordance with EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.
Conditions:
- Products must be unused, and in original condition

10. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Return window: 30 days
- Refund processing: within 10 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Cancellation window: 12 hours after order placement

11. Warranty
All products are covered by a 24-month warranty, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to misuse, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
